Comedy in History

HENERAL LUNA

A must-see movie! This, I recommend to all Filipinos,

History is not one of my favorite subjects in school, I just tried studying and memorizing all the things that were important in order to pass the subject. Yeah, that was me! Not the nerdy-type in school. So back to History, as what i have typed in the previous sentence, I'm not the studious type. By watching this movie, I learned Gen. Luna was a person gifted with sarcasm.  LOL! I was laughing my butt off the entire movie. I commend the writers and the script, it was very hilarious!.

In school, I can remember still, General Luna was one of the siblings of Juan Luna, the painter. He was one of those brave Filipinos who fought against the Americans. He was a very proud man.

Thanks to the movie, I learned (these, I forgot or I was absent during classes) that Apolinario Mabini, also known as the "Dakilang Lumpo" and "Utak ng Katipunan", was also the Prime Minister of the Philippines under the government of the first president of the Philippines, Pres. Emilio Aguinaldo.

There were many stuffs in History that I learned through this movie (I was not a good student in school). I can recall, General Gregorio del Pilar was the youngest general to serve in the war against the Americans, that I can remember, because the role of Gen. del Pilar was played by PAULO AVELINO!... . Everytime Paulo appears on screen, I shout "I'M INSPIRED". My friend was laughing at methe whole time because he thought I was crazy to even shout my IM INSPIRED.

Enough of my foolishness back then, I'm giving this movie a 5-gold star rating. . . I really recommend this to all ages. Why study your book when you can watch the movie and learn.  JOKE! Of course, books are the primary source of knowledge.  I was just kidding!.

You will learn and you will laugh your hearts out when you watch Heneral Luna. So go to the nearest movie house.  It will be worth your time and money!
