In addition to the post before this, if you may have
noticed, my friends are mostly guys (except Barbie) hahaha. . I’ll explain this…
This group was formed when we were in our second year in
college. The group consisted of guys and I was the only girl. Most of my
classmates thought that I was one of the guys because of who I was with, “The
Cover- Boys”, they call themselves that.
But here’s the thing, I was not, am not and will never be a
lesbian, so to speak. I preferred joining them, because they were the only ones
who went with my jokes, understood me, made me their muse, appreciated my
thoughts and valued my existence in college. They taught me how to become
strong, especially when people try to underestimate me, try to knock me down
because of controversies about me. I had a low- profile in college because I
got pregnant and being pregnant or having a child was a big NO! No! in our
school. So I had to hide and have a low profile. So these guys were the ones
who protected me from people who tried to endanger my education, the risk of
being kicked out of school, even though these guys didn’t know about those
rumors, yet, they still stood by me.
They helped me understand the “being a guy” things, what
guys do, like, want, stuffs like that. At least now, I can say, “Guys, you can’t
fool this girl, because I can read you”.
And also, I go with them because, if my classmates may have
not noticed this, but I’ll tell you… I saw that there were “girls” in them. That
was why clicked as a group.
But time came, when I had to separate from them and find
sane friends. For with them, SANE was never a word. Hahahaha!
Thanks for everything guys, we may be miles apart, you, guys
will always have a special place in my heart.
